RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product, or your products are faulty, please contact us info@flexiplates.co.uk to arrange either a refund or an exchange.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Custom items made to a customers specification are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

SHIPPING OF RETURN ITEMS

As much as we would love to cover the costs of your returns, we're still a small business and therefore ask that the return postage fees are covered at the cost of the buyer (unless product is damaged)

RESTOCKING FEES

A 20% restocking fee applies to change of mind refunds or alternatively a store credit for the full amount is available. Please contact us prior to returning your items.
