ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING TIMES
We always aim to process any order within 48 hours Monday - Friday, however at busy times it can take a little longer to get your order made & dispatched. If unsure or need by a specific date, please get in touch and we can advise our current processing times.
Please bear in mind we are a small business, orders may take slightly longer during peak times such as after Bank holidays & Christmas.
No orders are processed on weekends or bank holidays.
UK SHIPPING*
Royal Mail 2nd class* - Free* (3-5 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation)
Royal Mail 1st Class* - (1-3 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation)
Royal Mail next day special delivery 1pm* - Order must be placed before 9am Monday-Thursday for us to dispatch same day. If your order is placed after 9am on a Thursday it will be posted on Friday with delivery on Monday.
Royal mail next day special delivery SATURDAY* - (Order must be placed before 9am on Friday to guarantee delivery on Saturday)
*Jersey, Isle of Man & the Channel Islands please add an extra 2 working days to any of the services offered above. Delivery times given are approximate and we take no responsibility to any delays at any point which is out of our control. No refunds are given for shipping costs if not delivered on time however you can pursue a claim with Royal Mail if you wish.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*
Any order shipped outside of the UK is sent via with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Delivery timescales are shown below but we usually suggest 5-15 working days due to customs etc. You may be liable for any import duties/taxes.
