🔹 What are Show Plates?
Show plates are custom number plates designed for display or off-road use only. They do not meet UK road legal standards and must not be used on public roads.
They’re ideal for:

Track days

Garages, bike shows & photography

🔹 Can I amend or cancel my order?
We offer a fast turnaround, so once your order is placed, it may be difficult to make changes.
If you spot an error, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to assist.
🔹 What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely.
🔹 Do I need to provide documentation?
No documents are needed.
Our plates are not road legal, so you do not need to upload proof of ID or registration. Just customise your design, add it to your basket, and check out.
🔹 I haven’t received my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are emailed within 15 minutes of purchase.

🔹 Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all Flexi Plates come with a 30-day warranty, provided they’ve been fitted correctly.
Our plates are made to last, but due to the nature of off-road use, some wear and tear is expected.

🔹 When will my order be posted?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours but usually on the same day if placed before 9am. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer as each item is custom made to order.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as Bank Holidays, Christmas, or promotional sales.
Note: We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Shipping time is on top of this processing window.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.
🔹 What delivery options do you offer?
At checkout, you can choose from the following Royal Mail services:

📌 Orders placed before 9am are often dispatched the same day.
⚠️ Important: Choosing an Untracked Service
📦 If you select 1st or 2nd Class (untracked) postage, please be aware we cannot provide delivery updates once your item has been dispatched.
For peace of mind and delivery updates, we recommend choosing a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed via untracked methods but we will of course do everything to help.
