Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 9am. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer as each item is custom made to order.

Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as Bank Holidays, Christmas, or promotional sales.
Note: We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.


🇬🇧 UK Delivery Information

(England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Channel Islands)

We offer several Royal Mail shipping options at checkout:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Untracked) – Aims to deliver 3–5 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) – Aims to deliver 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Aims to deliver 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Aims to deliver 2–3 working days after dispatch

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may take up to 2 extra working days.

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary due to factors outside our control. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.


⚠️ Important: Choosing an Untracked Service

📦 If you select 1st or 2nd Class (untracked) postage, please be aware we cannot provide delivery updates once your item has been dispatched.

For peace of mind and delivery updates, we recommend choosing a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service at checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed via untracked methods but we will of course do everything to help.


🌍 International Shipping

🚫 We no longer ship internationally, including Northern Ireland or the EU.

Due to new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) laws effective from December 2024, we are unfortunately unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU.

Although Northern Ireland is part of the UK, it currently follows EU product safety laws for cross-border sales. These new regulations require:

  • Extensive legal documents and safety files for each product

  • A designated “Responsible Person” based in the EU or Northern Ireland

  • Ongoing regulatory oversight and high legal costs

These requirements are not feasible for our small business at this time.

📝 Alternative:
You are welcome to ship your order to a UK address (England, Scotland or Wales), and have it forwarded to Northern Ireland or the EU privately.

We truly hope the rules become more accessible in the future so we can resume shipping across all regions again.
