FLEXIPLATE PRO™ TAPERED - FLEXIBLE MOTORBIKE ENDURO NUMBER PLATE
FLEXIPLATE PRO ™ are an ideal replacement for Enduro, Off-Road or Trail riding.
Need something a little thicker, more rigid than our standard Flexi plate? Our PRO range are designed to be even tougher than our Original Flexiplate, manufactured from thicker 1.5mm polycarbonate for maximum strength & durability, they are thinner and lighter than standard perspex plates which can break easily and is arguably dangerous to ride an enduro with. Our PRO plates are a favourable middle ground between a flexible plate & a standard hard acrylic plate.but more rigid than our standard Flexi plate
What type of number plate do you use? A regulation giant square or a piece of duck tape with the registration written in magic marker? It’s a perennial problem we have to weigh up when riding off-road where we are often climbing all over our bikes up and down hills and have a habit of crashing.
A FLEXIPLATE PRO™ is one solution which in essence it does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s flexible and tough which means it can take the battering that riding off-road dishes out but is still clearly visible with the bike’s registration.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - No longer available.
This also includes Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland. The only option is to ship to an address in England, Wales or Scotland.
As of December 2024, new rules came into effect called the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). These are laws made by the EU to make sure products sold to customers are safe.
Although Northern Ireland is part of the UK, it still follows some EU rules when it comes to products. This means any business that wants to sell to Northern Ireland must now follow the same rules as selling to the EU.
This new regulations makes it hard for small UK businesses like ours due to all the extra steps now needed and also the nature of our products. Here are just a few points to try and explain a little bit more.
- More Paperwork – We now need to prepare lots of legal documents and safety files for each product we sell.
- Extra Costs – We must appoint someone based in the EU or Northern Ireland to take legal responsibility for our products (called a “Responsible Person” or “Authorised Representative”).
- Ongoing Requirements – That person must keep all the safety documents, communicate with authorities if there’s a problem, and check that we’re following all the new rules.
- Very Expensive – Hiring someone for this role is very costly, especially for small businesses.
It is extremely frustrating that we have had to stop doing business with Northern Ireland . We hope the rules change or become easier in the future. For now, though, we sadly can’t ship to Northern Ireland.
Follow these steps as a guide to fit your new plate...
30 Day warranty only applies when you use our fixings.
Fitting with sticky pads*:
1. Remove the old plate, clean the area where the new plate is to be fitted.
2. Apply adhesive pads to the plate, and remove the film from them.
3. Position the plate over desired location, ensuring it is straight and level.
4. Once in correct position press the plate down firmly, and the adhesive pads will stick.
5. Peel away the protective film from the plate.. And your all done!
* Some strong sticky pads such as 3M may react/cause damage to the plate, we will not warranty this. So we advise our sticky pads are used for warranty to be valid.
Fitting with screws/bolts see below**:
1. Remove the old plate, clean the area where the new plate is to be fitted.
2. Place the old number plate on top of your new one and use it as a guide to measure where the holes need to be drilled into the new plate.
3. Carefully drill through the holes and into your new plate with an appropriately sized drill bit.
4. We highly recommend putting sticky pads on the back of the plate where the screw holes are, this prevents any damage or water getting into the backing of the plate during vehicle use.
5. Fix the plate to your vehicle using the screws/bolts
6. Peel away the protective film from the plate.. And your all done!
** Do not over tighten your screws, nuts or bolts as this will damage your plate, we will not warranty this.
Curved panels/ Hanger brackets
If fitting Flexi Plates to a permanently curved surface like a curved hanger bracket or curved mudguard we highly recommend a vinyl stick on plate not a rigid plate.
Although Flexiplates™ are extremely durable, they are not indestructible due to the nature of the sport.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all our plates that have been fitted correctly. See our fitting instructions here as a guide if needed.
If you have any problem within 30 days from your order been dispatched please get email us info@flexiplates.co.uk with your order number and any photos to help us assist you further.
